Description of Paradise Indian Lounge in Bolton

Chef and owner Kumar hails from southern India, and from childhood was always interested cooking and helping mum in the kitchen. He later decided to make food his life, training as a chef in some of the best and most respected hotels in India where his experience and creativity was allowed to grow. This passion led to the creation of new dishes and Kumar’s unique style of food presentation. Since arriving in Britain Kumar has worked at some of the UK’s most prestigious establishments including The Cinnamon Club in London’s Westminster, and several hotels in the highlands of Scotland. The dream of owning his own restaurant was finally realised on August 21st 2015 when the Paradise Indian Lounge opened its doors for the first time. The dream continues; Kumar and his dedicated team look forward to welcoming you to Paradise Indian Lounge.
