• 10 Year Passport
• Birth Certificate for both Bride and Groom
• If you are divorced, you will need your Decree Absolute
• If widowed, a death certificate, and your previous marriage certificate

• Certificate of No Impediment (sometimes called a Freedom to Marry Certificate) from UK district registrar.  If not in UK you can obtain from the British Embassy where you reside.  Once issued, this certificate must be sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to be legalised, which can take up to 3 weeks 
• Certificate signed by a "Notary Public" in your country, indicating you are single and free to be married. This must have an official stamp and be valid for 6 months. It is best obtained 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding date.)
• You must be resident on the Island of Cyprus for a minimum of THREE working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and the day of arrival) before the wedding day.  It is not now compulsory to have a minimum stay on the Island for two weeks (would be good for you though to relax, enjoy the whole wedding process and take in the beauty of this wonderful sunshine Island)

Venues for Civil and Church Ceremonies Weddings in Cyprus

Paralimni Town Hall; Ayia Napa Town Hall; Derynia Town Hall - Ceremonies here, indoors or outdoors, take place on Monday through to Friday between 12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m., the exact date and time to be agreed. Booking well in advance is essential. The ceremony is conducted by the Mayor or Vice Mayor of either Paralimni or Ayia Napa and is very personal to you and really beautiful.

Derynia Folkloric Museum - A beautiful venue for your wedding is the Deryneia Folkloric Museum. It is especially interesting to have your wedding ceremony in a traditional Cypriot house, which has now been turned into a Museum, which gives a glimpse of life in Cyprus in a previous era. This venue is very popular, so you MUST book early. The ceremony is performed by a special Wedding Officer and is ideal for those who want a civil ceremony, full of romance, but with a difference.

Hotel venues -  Many hotels in the area of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer venues where Civil Ceremonies can be held.  These include Nissi Beach, Olympic Lagoon, Capo Bay, Golden Coast.  Please ask for details of these hotels.

Accommodation

Spend your wedding night or whole honeymoon in one of our fabulous Honeymoon Suites at our Hotels, or choose a luxury villa by the sea to get away from it all, after the ceremony.  Bring your guests along and let them stay in some of our accommodation, which caters for all ages and offers a vast range of accommodation, many of which are all on the same complex, so all your guests are together.  Most villas sleep between 6 and 8 people, so people can share.  Most  have swimming pools.  Some are right next door to each other!!

Venues for your Wedding in Cyprus

We have fabulous venues available in the heart of Protaras, right on Fig Tree Bay, or Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa, overlooking the Bay.  All sit down meals catered for, offering champagne on arrival, buffets, resident dj's, master of ceremonies, in a choice of fabulous wedding breakfast rooms, or even have your wedding meal by the pool and dance the night away, watching the sunset from our beautiful locations.  All our venues cater for anything from 10 to 100's of guests - the choice is yours!

We have access to several excellent Florists in the area, offering both real and artificial bouquets.  We also have a vast range of 'ready made' artificial bouquets, which you can just hire for the day, for both the Bride and Bridesmaids.  Buttonholes for guests are also available.  We also have a chice of wedding cakes for you too.

Photography

Photograghers available, offering a range of packages, including video and DVD.  Perfect for a permanent moving reminder of your special day - yours to keep looking back on forever.

Hair and Beauty Services

We offer full Hair and Beauty services, including hairdressers, hair-ups, nail technicians, beauticians - all on hand to cater to your every need.  No need to visit them either - they come to you at the Hotel or villa.

Transport - Horse Drawn Carriage and Stretch White Limosine.  Vintage bus for guests.

We can offer you the most beautiful Horse Drawn Carriage (with or without overhead canopy) for that magical fairytail wedding in the sun.  Feel like Cinderella for the day and get picked up from the Church or Registry Office, and taken to your reception in style.  Superb stretch white mercedes limosine, fully dressed for the occasion, can be arranged to pick you up from your chosen hotel or villa and transport you to the ceremony.  All guests can be picked up and driven to and from the ceremony and reception in our minibus.  If you prefer to keep it simple, why not use our minibus to collect all your guests and we can arrange to collect the Bride in a dressed mercedes.

DJ and Disco - Master of Ceremonies

The DJ and disco can be arranged for you at your choice of reception venue.  When available, we can also arrange for you to have a Master of Ceremonies at your reception, organising all your guests and allowing you to just enjoy your day.
