Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase.

Accessible Seating:

If you have special needs when booking, please contact the Prince of Wales Theatre box office directly on 0844 482 5137, as Ticketmaster's allocation does not include the seating that disabled and wheelchair patrons must use. Children Rules:

No babes in arms. Young children (5+) are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants.
