Queen Caroline Street, W6, directly opposite the Broadway Shopping Centre.
Hammersmith tube and bus stations are within the shopping centre and are wheelchair accessible.
Parking:
Customers are requested not to use local
area resident parking.
It is possible to drop off directly
outside the venue on Queen Caroline street.
24-hour car park located behind the Kings Mall
(operated by St. Martin's Property, not NCP). Accommodates 1000 cars. The car park can be entered up until 20:00 and cars can be collected anytime.
Novotel London West, located 3 to 5 minutes
walk from the Apollo offers great and secured car park facilities. Up to 240 bays are available on a first come first served basis. Prices are £3.00 an hour or £1.00 an hour if you are staying at the hotel.

wheelchair accessible.

Disabled access information is available from the venue.
Please call 020 8563 3807 (line opens at 11:00 and closes at 17:00. The line operates Monday to Friday) and choose option 7. Anyone who calls on this number who is not registered disabled will be redirected to the general booking line.
There is an access ramp at the front of the venue and
no steps into the stalls auditorium. The circle area is only accessible via at least 30 steps; there is no lift to the circle.
There is a disabled access toilet at the rear of the
stalls fittted with a RADAR lock. Please bring you key with you to access or speak to a member of staff.
General Rules:
Alcoholic drinks may be taken into the auditorium in
plastic containers, so long as they have been purchased at one of several bars within the venue.
Glassware, smoking, video and flash photography
are strictly forbidden inside the auditorium.
HMV Hammersmith Apollo requests that customers
respect the local residents by leaving the area quietly.
Children Rules:
Children under the age of one
year are not admitted for adult shows.
If the show is not specifically aimed at an adult-only audience, children aged one year or older are admitted providing they can sit up straight in a seat and that the parent is confident the child is old enough not to be a distraction for other members of the audience. Children over 1 year old must have a ticket purchased for them.
Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children. If any discounts are available for children the maximum age to qualify is 16 years unless specified otherwise.
Everyone must have a valid ticket.
For standing events any customers aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult and sat in the circle.
Miscellaneous:
There are two bars in the stalls area and two sweet
and drink kiosks that are fully accessible. There is also a bar in the circle area.
The venue has a hearing loop system that covers
rows J-R in the stalls plus blocks 8, 9 & 10 in the circle. 'In the ear' and 'over the head' types are available for a refundable deposit of £5. Please speak to the box office staff upon arrival.
Guide dogs are welocome in the venue and the staff
are happy to look after them during the performance. Please inform the venue in advance if you will be bringing a guide dog.
Sign language interpreted performances are available
for some productions, depending on the individual company.
